How are packages shipped?

All online orders are shipped standard US Postal Service Priority or UPS 3-Day Select(customer choose). Orders are processed and shipped Mon-Fri. Allow 3-7 days for shipping within the US. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. At this time we do not ship internationally.

Do you use preservatives in your products?
|

Yes. We use 1-2% in our products for our customers’ protection and shelf life. Our products are made from 100% NATURAL bases. The majority of our products are in contact with water and this moisture can cause bacteria and mold over a period of time, which can potentially be dangerous. To prevent this we have carefully selected safe preservatives. We recommend discarding any remaining products after 12 months of use.

Do you conduct animal testing?

No! Our products and ingredients are never tested on animals. We carefully select suppliers that follow the same philosophy. We are proud to say our products are people, animal and environmentally friendly.

How do I return a product?

We have a 30-day return policy. Just complete and sign the return form on the back of your invoice detailing the reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is requested.

I have sensitive skin, can I use your products?

Yes. We do not use synthetic detergents, petroleum, formaldehyde and SD Alcohol. This is just a few of the ingredients that you might find in many commercial products. You will not find these harsh chemicals in our collections.
